Google Workspace Malaysia pricing
The annual table shows a 12-month licence commitment. The monthly base rate is a comparison figure, not a promise of monthly billing. MatrixC’s linked shop items are annual licences. Request a quotation for flexible billing or to confirm your payment schedule.

Annual totals use the unrounded monthly base rate × 12, then add 8% SST and round to two decimal places. Confirm the final amount, billing schedule and any migration or support services in your MatrixC quotation before ordering. These are list prices, not promotional or negotiated renewal quotes.
Annual commitment or flexible billing?
An annual commitment suits a stable licence requirement. Google’s standard annual plan allows additional licences during the term, with reductions at renewal. Flexible billing provides more room to change user numbers. Your reseller quotation should confirm the applicable commitment and cancellation terms.
For an existing subscription, share your current edition, licence count and renewal date before making changes. Removing a user does not automatically reduce an annual licence commitment.

Business editions support 1–300 users. Enterprise Standard and Plus have no 300-user cap. Storage is pooled across the organisation. *Enterprise Plus meetings allow up to 1,000 participants, with participants above 500 joining as view-only.
Start with the requirement that changes the decision. Recorded meetings and 2 TB storage point towards Business Standard. Retention and eDiscovery requirements call for a closer look at Business Plus or Enterprise. Enterprise Essentials is an option when you need Google collaboration tools while keeping your existing email service.

Gemini in Workspace, AI Expanded Access and Gemini Enterprise
The names can be confusing. Google Workspace Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise are separate subscriptions. A Workspace Enterprise licence does not include the separate Gemini Enterprise subscription.
Gemini included with your Workspace edition
Business Starter includes Gemini in Gmail and access to the Gemini app. Business Standard and Plus add Gemini features across apps such as Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet. Enterprise Standard and Plus also include Workspace AI features. Usage limits differ by edition and feature. Gemini Notebook access also varies by plan.
For Enterprise Essentials, confirm the exact AI entitlement before purchase. Its collaboration licence does not include Gmail and should not be treated as equivalent to Enterprise Standard.
AI Expanded Access: an optional Workspace upgrade
AI Expanded Access gives eligible Workspace users higher access to selected AI capabilities. Check the tasks and usage limits your team needs before adding licences. Ask MatrixC to confirm eligibility and current MYR pricing.
Google’s older AI Ultra Access add-on is no longer available for new purchases. Existing customers should review the transition at renewal.
Gemini Enterprise: connected business information and AI agents
Gemini Enterprise is a separate Google Cloud offering for permission-aware search across connected business information and AI agents. Its editions differ in connectors, capacity and controls. It can be relevant when staff need answers drawn from several business systems.
Request a scoped MYR quotation for the edition, users and data connections you need. Gemini Enterprise charges are additional to the Workspace prices above. The quote should also identify any implementation or usage charges.
